The hobby shop is an amenity like the Clubhouse, Pool, or Deck. It should be respected like any other amenity. The tools and supplies are available to all residents of Circle Bay. The shop is maintained by resident volunteers. Any and all help by residents is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

 If you have a need to use the shop and are not sure how to use the tools, please ask for help.

 CBYC does not buy or supply any of the tools or materials. A small yearly donation by the people using the facility keeps it going. The average donation is $20.00.

 SIMPLE RULES

 SIGN OUT ANY TOOLS REMOVED FROM THE SHOP.

SIGN THEM BACK IN WHEN YOU RETURN THEM.

 TOOLS THAT ARE BROKEN OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO ANYONE LISTED BELOW.

 PERSONS OBSERVED NOT TREATING TOOLS PROPERLY OR RESPECTFULLY SHOULD BE OFFERED HELP.

 THE SHOP AND ALL THE SURROUNDING AREA SHOULD BE KEPT IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY MANNER.

 TOOLS SHOULD BE PUT BACK IN THEIR PROPER PLACE.

 Observing the above rules and using your common sense will insure a happy and safe experience for all using this facility.
